About

Adam is a Public Health Consultant from the UK with degrees in Public Health, Medicine, Philosophy, and Science and Technology Studies. He is conducting a PhD at the University of Bristol funded by the Medical Research Council, aiming to develop mass media interventions to reduce stigma towards people who use drugs. He contributes to a number of other research projects related to drugs and drug policy, is an Honorary Research Fellow at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, Co-Chair of the UK Faculty of Public Health Drugs Special Interest Group, and Public Health Lead of the Scientific Advisory Group for the UK National Programme on Substance Use Mortality (NPSUM).
