Prescription Drug Misuse in the U.K.

This presentation will focus on trends in opioid analgesic and non-opioid prescription medication misuse in the U.K., including data on exposures reported to poison centres, patients entering substance abuse treatment, respondents to an online survey of the general population, online submissions of street prices paid for diverted illicit and prescription drugs, and systematic surveillance of internet postings related to prescription drug misuse.
