Nazarova

Ms Nazarova has extensive professional experience in dealing with new challenges and threats with a particular focus on drug-related matters. She has contributed to the negotiations of the 2016 UNGASS outcome document and 2019 Ministerial Declaration, and to thematic discussions on drugs in the UN General Assembly and the World Health Assembly, as well as various negotiations on relevant resolutions and decisions. This multilateral experience has allowed her to gain sound knowledge and understanding of legislative and political aspects of drug control as well as of different national approaches to addressing and countering the world drug problem. Ms. Nazarova works currently in the Department on New Challenges and Threats in the Russian Foreign Ministry.
