About

Mr Simancas has represented Mexico in various UN entities (UN, UNESCO, WFP, IFAD, FAO). Currently he serves as Deputy Representative of Mexico to the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). Mr. Simancas holds a Master’s Degree on Diplomatic Studies. He has been Professor of International Organizations and of European Affairs.
