Eliza Kurcevic is a Senior Progamme Officer at the Eurasian Harm Reduction Association, working in the harm reduction and drug policy field in Eastern and Central Europe and Central Asia. She holds Master‘s Degree in International Law. Currently working on issues related to new psychoactive substances, peer involvement into the harm reduction programmes and women who use drugs.
