About

Dr Gemma Halliwell is a Research Fellow in the Domestic Violence and Abuse Health Research Group at the University of Bristol on the NIHR Funded trial ADVANCE – an intervention for men in substance treatment services who perpetrate intimate partner violence. Her research is founded in frontline experience as a practitioner within the domestic abuse & sexual violence sector for the past 5 years.
