About

Lies Gremeaux is head of the Unit Illicit Drugs, located within the scientific division of Epidemiology and Public health of Sciensano, the Belgian Health research Institute. She is a senior researcher in the field of epidemiology of illicit substances and a designated expert on prevalence and patterns of substance use in Belgium. Since 2013, she is the head of the Belgian Reitox national focal point for EMCDDA, responsible for the management of the national drug information system and the annual reporting to international organizations. In addition, she is the current Spokesperson of the Reitox network.
