Lisa Mellen is currently a Director at Youthinc a CIC which aims to increase access for complex young people to services with a particular interest and specialism around substance misuse.

Lisa has managed and delivered Substance Misuse treatment for adults and young people for almost 25 years - with experience in working with adults at the margins of society - sex workers, injecting drug users and the homeless. Her main role has been developing managing and delivering youth drug and alcohol services - including education and prevention and treatment services in a range of settings. Supporting the children of drug and alcohol using parents has also been a key interest.
