About

Peer is a social educator and was the Head of Prevention at De Sleutel in Belgium from 1987-2011. Consultant to EMCDDA, WHO, UNODC adaptation, TOT and implementation of Unplugged evidence based intervention. He is leading the UPC-Adapt project in Europe.
