Adherence to treatment among patients with alcohol use disorder

Due to high rates of attrition of patients undergoing alcohol treatment the current priorities in the therapy of alcohol use disorder includes strengthening psychosocial interventions that ensure improvement the adherence to treatment. As a part of a larger dissertation research, we aimed to study the psychosocial factors contributing to premature termination of treatment among people with alcohol use disorders.
