Common pathways to problematic drug use and incarceration and lessons learnt for policy and practice

The short presentations are followed by a 30 minutes discussion on common pathways to  problematic drug use and incarceration and lessons learnt for policy and practice.  The discussion will identify common aspects of the different presentations, trying to improve  understanding of trajectories that lead to problem drug use and incarceration; identify what are the key issues. Those common elements can be addressed in drug and social policies at  national and international level.
