Catherine Duplessy is Director of the SAFE association, specialised in harm reduction for drug users in France. She is involved in the implementation and co-ordination of different programmes like automated syringe exchange, dissemination of inhalation kits and Harm Reduction by Post, including naloxone distribution and dry-blood spot testing.
