About

Dijana Jerkovic (PhD) obtained her Master in Social Pedagogy (2005), European Certificate of Psychotherapy (2014) and a Doctorate in Prevention Science & Disability Study (2015, University of Zagreb). Along with her research and professional interests in addiction prevention, since 2010 she has been working on quality standards in drug demand reduction, at first at the Croatian National Focal Point for the EMCDDA, and since April 2021, as a postdoctoral scientific assistant at the Department of Special Needs Education, Ghent University (project manager: Further ENhancing the Implementation of Quality Standards in drug demand reduction across Europe (FENIQS-EU)).
