Gervilla

Elena Gervilla is an Associate Professor of Methodology and Statistics at the University of the Balearic Islands (Spain). She actively collaborates with the European Society for Prevention Research. She is also part of the Research Group in Data Analysis and the research group of Statistic and psychometric procedures implemented in Health Sciences at the Balearic Islands Health Research Institute.

Her research mainly focuses on the detection of risk and protective factors related to mental health problems, the evaluation of interventions to prevent addictive behaviors, and the application of evidence-based preventive programs. She is also interested on the role of Prevention Science and preventionists on climate action.
