Florence Mabileau is Deputy to the Executive Secretary of the Pompidou Group, Council of Europe. She is responsible for the Co-operation in the Mediterranean region (MedNET) and the Mediterranean School Survey Project on Alcohol and other Drugs (MedSPAD), as well as for the cooperation with EMCDDA and the ESPAD project.
