Dr. Ingo Ilja Michels currently works on social work with drug users. From 199-2017 served several drug commissioners of the federal German government. From 2006 to 2008 he worked on treatment programs in the People's Republic of China. He has published articles on drug treatment and on HIV / AIDS.
