Julien Morel d’Arleux is the head of the French National Focal Point of the REITOX, the OFDT (French Monitoring Center for Drugs and Drug Addiction, a non-profit public interest group), since 2017. With a background of Political Sciences, he worked for 25 years in the Penal Field first as volunteer for NGO and then for the prison and probation services.
