Dr. Lyu Azbel is an addictions researcher leading research at the intersection of criminal justice, infectious diseases, and HIV. Dr. Azbel's mixed methods research provides novel approaches to opioid addiction treatment implementation among some of the most hard-to-reach populations in Eastern and Western Europe, Central Asia, and South Asia.
