Haynes

Marya Hynes is the Head of the Inter-American Observatory on Drugs (OID), which is the research and analysis section at the Inter-American Drug Abuse Control Commission (CICAD), a technical branch of the Organization of American States (OAS). Ms. Hynes develops and oversees public health research programs aimed at building capacity in Latin America and Caribbean countries. She works closely with international policy institutions across Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe. She has over 20 years of international policy experience and has established key strategic partnerships with national and international agencies across Latin America, the Caribbean and Europe.
