I am medical doctor, working in drug addiction and harm reduction since 1997. I worked with government, UNODC, and Substance Abuse Research Center. I received RED Ribbon Award for harm reduction 2010, and received Recognition for Scientific diplomacy and international collaboration by National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) June 2015
