Torkel Richert is an associate professor of social work at Malmö University. His research focuses on people who use drugs and their everyday lives and vulnerabilities including topics such as opioid overdoses, women's roles in drug markets, opioid substitution treatment, harm reduction, co-dependency, and drug addiction during the Covid-19 pandemic.
