Places for non-presenters will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. All persons intending to attend the conference must register and pay the applicable registration fee, including paper and e-poster presenters, discussants and chairs.

Registration fees

• Early-bird fee: EUR 470 (until 31 March 2024)
• Regular fee: EUR 570 (from 1 April 2024 until 30 June 2024)
• Late registration: EUR 670 (after 30 June 2024)
• PhD students fee*: EUR 250 (until 31 March 2024)
• Early-stage researcher fee**: EUR 250 (until 31 March 2024)
• Day fee: EUR 320

* A limited number of places with a reduced fee is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants should be students registered in a relevant academic programme and not in full time employment.

** A limited number of places with a reduced fee is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants should be in the first four years (full-time equivalent) of their research careers and have not yet been awarded a doctoral degree. Full-time equivalent research experience is measured starting from the date when they obtained a degree which formally entitles them to embark on a doctorate.  

The registration fee includes:

• Participant welcome pack
• Coffee breaks & lunch boxes for the three days of the conference
• A networking buffet dinner (23 October 2024)
