About
This session examines the intricate relationships between substance use and health outcomes across diverse populations. Presentations address barriers to HCV care for people who inject drugs, the biopsychosocial needs of ageing heroin users, and challenges faced by those with hazardous cannabis and alcohol use. Additional topics include late relapse in e-cigarette users and substance-induced psychosis during the pandemic, emphasising the need for comprehensive approaches to health and harm.
