LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Hands-On Workshop on Optimizing Workplace and Well-Being for Workers in Addiction Fields

Join an interactive LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) workshop, facilitated by a certified LSP professional, designed for an international and intergenerational group of diverse addiction professionals. LSP is an experiential process that helps participants collaboratively and inclusively explore challenges and develop creative solutions. Through tactile and visual representations, participants will engage in meaningful dialogue and foster mutual understanding.

This workshop will focus on people-centered workplace policies in addiction fields that enhance workers' sense of control over their work processes and environment, improve physical and mental health, and promote community well-being. Participants will also discuss practical approaches to workforce development that prioritize worker growth, adaptability, and recognition through training, career opportunities, and support.
