Prevention and addiction in underrepresented groups

This session discusses the challenges and perspectives for substance use prevention across diverse, underrepresented groups. By focusing on individuals with disabilities, homeless Indigenous peoples and LGBTIQ+ nightlife patrons, the session explores different perspectives that are often underrepresented. While the presentation make unique contributions to their fields, the session aims to identify key points of action for future research and practice to increase the visibility and reach of preventive and care services.
