Quality in addictions work systems

This session brings together a number of innovative system-level initiatives to monitor and raise the quality in addiction and mental health services and workplaces. The presentations will introduce macro-level programmes in 4 different national contexts, which share a concern for tailoring to practitioner and user preferences and ongoing evaluation and evidence synthesis.
