About

Workers in addiction care services are exposed to a specific constellation of challenges and risk factors to their own health and well-being, leading to frequent burnout in the drug and addiction workforce. This session presents some of the research on these phenomena, among workers in healthcare and harm reduction settings; and aims to highlight some of the protective factors and solutions proposed.
