About
This session brings together four speakers exploring the relationships between mental health and substance use problems. These include exploration of the impact of adverse childhood experiences, and of simultaneous and concurrent use of different substances on mental health. Sleep can sometimes seem to be a neglected topic in addiction research, but this session includes a study of the impact of patterns of alcohol and cannabis use on sleep. This session provides insights for both researchers and practitioners.
