Adán Ibáñez Elena

I am a nurse and psychologist, and I have been working in harm reduction since 2006. I have worked for many years at consumption rooms in Ciutat Vella, Barcelona, and in recent years at the Subdirectorate General of Addictions, at the Public Health Agency of Catalonia, in the harm reduction and assistance team, where we coordinate programs across the entire region.
