About
I am an interdisciplinary researcher with a background in Genetics. I’ve worked for some years as a health services researcher, on a variety of projects including with cancer patients, paediatric hospital admissions, smoking in pregnancy, and mental health in the farming community. I’m really interested in ethics and I sit on the ethics committee at the University of Stirling. I’ve worked across a variety of methods, including realist reviews, participant observation, intervention development, and qualitative research methods such as interviews and focus groups.
I’m currently based in SACASR at the University of Stirling, working on the evaluation of Scotland’s First Managed Alcohol Programme.
