Hoch Eva

Professor Dr. Eva Hoch has an international reputation as a researcher in the field of substance use and substance use disorders . She is scientific and managing director at IFT Institut für Therapieforschung (Centre for Health and Addiction Research). She is also a professor at the Charlotte-Fresenius Universität (Munich) and lead of the cannabinoid research group at the Department of Psychiatry, Ludwig-Maximilian University, Munich. Her most recent work focuses on public health effects of cannabis legalization, health benefits and risks of cannabinoids (THC, CBD) and treatment of cannabis use disorders.  Dr. Hoch was honored through different research awards. She collaborates with WHO, the European Drugs Agency (EUDA), UNand international research networks. She is the acting president of the German Society of Addiction Research and Therapy (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Suchtforschung und -therapie)
