About

Graduated in Psychology, Inês Abraão began working in the prevention and treatment of drug addicts. Since 1995, she has worked exclusively on the prevention of addictive behaviors, always at the Portuguese government agency dedicated to the intervention in addictions, currently called the Institute on Addictive Behaviors and Dependencies. Among the prevention activities developed over the years, from training, consultancy and technical support to preventive projects, to clinical monitoring of adolescents and assistance to families, in studies and research, she also undertakes the design, elaboration, implementation and evaluation of preventive programs . It is in this context that she co-authored the programs "Tracks - Development of Personal and Social Skills" and the program "Trails - Development of Personal and Social Skills", presenting in this Congress the results of the implementation of this last programme.
