About

Jess is a current Addiction researcher within the School of Psychology at the University of West London. She has published work in Love addiction focussing on Personality traits, Attachment and Emotional dysregulation. She is currently a Full Time Doctoral candidate and focussing on other predictors of Love addiction at present and working to get Love addiction recognised as a Behavioural addiction in Clinical literature.

Jess also has a keen interest in Neurodiversity, as a late diagnosed Autistic and ADHD woman, she is combining in her new research to understand its role in Addiction. Her other research interests include Neuro-Psychology using Eye Trackers and EEG to examining the role of Bio Feedback on Anxiety. Jess has also recently founded her business Neuro-Natives focussing on raising awareness of Neuro-diversity in the workplace and academia and the strengths such individuals can bring.
