Dr Margaret M. Brennan graduated in medicine from National University of Ireland, Galway in 2016, trained in General Internal Medicine at St. James Hospital Dublin, obtained a Master’s in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and was appointed to the Higher Specialist Training Scheme in Public Health Medicine in 2021. She completed the study “Factors associated with cocaine use at 17 and 20 years old: a longitudinal analysis of a nationally representative cohort” while working at Trinity College Dublin, July 2023-204 under the supervision of Professor Noel McCarthy, collaborating with policy and service experts on the project."
