Eileen is a Research Associate working on an NIHR funded grant investigating cocaine use with Virtual Reality (VR) and Cue Exposure Therapy (CET). Eileen joined the Addiction Department at King’s College London (KCL) in February 2019 after receiving her MSc in Addiction Studies from KCL. Over the years she has worked on various research projects within the department, including the ADAM trial as part of the Alcohol Research Group. From 2020 and 2024 she completed her PhD at KCL. Her thesis is entitled: Harnessing wearable transdermal alcohol sensor devices for clinical use, investigated wrist-worn sensors which allow alcohol measurement with NHS alcohol patients accessing alcohol treatment.
