Hélder

Hélder Rego Fernandes has a degree in Psychology with a specialty in Clinical and Health Psychology and Community Psychology assigned by  Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses. He is currently Coordinator of Novo Dia – Association for social inclusion, being responsible for implementing and monitoring the “PDL Housing First” Pilot Project in Ponta Delgada, S. Miguel, and the Harm Reduction Outreach Team.
