About
Dr. Jodie Grigg has been a Research Associate at the National Drug Research Institute (NDRI) for over 12 years, where she works within the Harm Reduction Policy and Strategies Program. Her research primarily explores trends in ecstasy/MDMA and other illicit drug use and associated harms, particularly within recreational and festival settings, and the implications for policy and harm reduction. She’s also been involved in Australia’s Drug Trends monitoring program for nearly 15 years, playing a key role in coordinating the Western Australian arm of the Ecstasy and Related Drugs Reporting System (EDRS). Her research in this field has contributed to shaping evidence-based drug policies and harm reduction approaches in Australia, including recent developments in the scheduling and regulation of nitrous oxide.
