Comment: The role and relevance of multilateralism

The comment will focus on the Commission on Narcotic Drugs’ consensus-based approach to addressing drug related matters in a multilateral setting, based on the principle of common and shared responsibility; and the importance of global concerted action to accelerating the implementation of joint commitments made over the past decade.
