Evidence and practice: what are the challenges that drug professionals working in prison have to face

The second European Conference on Health Care in Prison, taking place on 21-22 October as side event of LX Addiction will join together health professionals in prison from the European countries. The experts will discuss about health in detention, with particular attention to the aspects of human rights, determinants of health (social, architectural, overcrowding, management,…), drug use, addiction and treatment, including harm reduction. The presentation will provide the main findings and issues for discussion concerning the latest experience fro the professionals in the field.
