A retrospective analysis of a turbulent decade for drug policy; 2009-2019
Abstract
Mr Ballotta will describe the historical context of the political decision in 2009, the change of perspective since 2012, promoted by Latina American countries, and the adoption of the UNGASS outcome document as a game changer in the international scene. He will illustrate the role of the EU in defining a new paradigm towards a new consensus in March 2019.
