About

Fernando Caudevilla (Madrid, 1974) is a Family Physician, Universitary Expert in Drug Dependence and Medical Assesor of the Spanish NGO Energy Control. He works in a public Primary Health Care Centre in Madrid and also on different research, education and dissemination projects about harm reduction in recreational drug use, new psychoactive substances and cryptomarkets. Known as “DoctorX” in Deep Web, he ran an on-line health service for drug users with a harm reduction perspective in different cryptomarkets from 2011-2015. He is currently in charge of development of our International Project (International Energy Control: https://energycontrol-international.org)
