Working as a Counsellor at the Delegation of the EU to the International Organisations in Vienna, Ms. Lampela has been the negotiating on behalf of the EU and its Member States in the Commission on Narcotic Drugs, attending numerous formal and informal negotiation meetings leading to the adoption of the 2019 Ministerial Declaration.
