Cryptomarkets: just criminal settings or a new frontier for Harm Reduction?

Cryptomarkets represent a qualitative leap forward in online drug trading, offering significant advantages for both buyers and sellers. Their relevance is small, but its growth is sustained. These structures also facilitate communication, exchange and dissemination of information. We will discuss some aspects under a health perspective and we will describe harm reduction oriented strategies specifically developed for them.
