Prison health in Europe
Abstract
The chairs of the session will discuss what are the problems in implementing harm reduction in prison and what should be done to overcome those barriers. The discussion will be conducted from the points of view of health professionals working daily with people in prison with drug problems and of the WHO Health In Prisons Programme providing guidance for the development of evidence based responses in prison setting.
