Degree in Law, has been Chairman of the Commission for the Dissuasion of Drug Addiction since 2001, postgraduate degree in Legal Problems of Drugs and Drug Addiction. Belongs to the SICAD group of internal trainers. Have knowledge and practical experience related with Decriminalisation and the Portuguese Model.
