Dalia is a well-seasoned medical practitioner backed with a BA in Oral and Dental Medicine and her postgraduate studies were in Healthcare and Hospitals Management from the American University of Cairo and Public Health-Health Promotion -UK.  She has more than 7 years of cumulative experience in Healthcare Administration career. Dalia occupied different managerial positions in the General Secretariat of Mental Health and Addiction Treatment- Ministry of Health and Population, formerly as the Head of Information Center and  Head of External Affairs Office and currently as External Affairs Coordinator. She also participated in a number of Researches, Scientific Projects and Articles Publication that serves Mental Health and Addiction Treatment in Egypt.
