Daniel Bear obtained his MSc and PhD in Social Policy from The London School of Economics and Political Science. He is currently a Professor in the Faculty of Social and Community Services at Humber College in Toronto, Canada. He is the Chair of the Humber College Harm Reduction Partnership.
