Dr Dilkushi Poovendran is part of the WHO Expert Committee on Drug Dependence (ECDD) Secretariat within the Division of Access to Medicines and Health Products. Her work strengthens the ECDD science-based prioritization and review process of psychoactive substances. She has coordinated the review of substances including NPS, cannabis, and kratom.
