Dominique Lopez has been working on drug information system and drug issues for the last 20 years. After working OFDT and the EMCDDA, she is now an independent consultant. Since she has been supporting UNODC and ECOWAS in improving drug monitoring in West Africa. She is also consulting with EMCDDA.
