Gagnon

François Gagnon works a scientific advisor specialized in the regulation of psychoactive substances at the Institut national de santé publique du Québec. In the last 15 years he has worked on harm reduction measures, on alternatives to the criminalization of people who use drug and on the legalization of cannabis.
